Hyde’s Future Leaders programme is empowering residents to grow and improve customer services.
“Our first six future leaders have been nothing short of inspirational and it has been a privilege to work with them,” said Hyde Resident Engagement Manager Robert Cooper.
“They all have a really positive attitude and we are confident that, with their desire to make a difference, they will go far. We are so pleased they are keen to continue working with us to influence and shape our customer services for the benefit of all residents.”
Hyde is planning to run a second programme in early 2020. The eight-week course covers confidence, influencing skills, teamwork and leadership, as well as an introduction to social housing and resident engagement.
