Giving residents a voice

Posted on 10 March 2021

Karen Chambers has joined Cross Keys Homes (CKH) to build on the housing association’s strong commitment to resident involvement.

Karen has nearly 20 years’ experience in housing, working in customer-facing roles including customer services, resident involvement and care and support. She has also been a non-executive elected member of the board of Tpas, England's leading tenant engagement expert, as well as the Foyer Federation.

She said: “I’m really looking forward to delivering our priorities for resident involvement in line with the recently-published Charter for Social Housing’s clear guidance about what residents should expect from their landlord.

“I’ll be talking to residents and colleagues in the coming weeks to understand their priorities, so we can ensure we provide opportunities for everyone to have a voice, which can make a difference to the lives of our residents and communities.
